We move and cover furniture, tape outlets, and cover flowerbeds and shrubs. Landscaping gets pre-hydrated so nothing burns or wilts.

Low pressure, water-based solution matched to your material - wood or composite. It lifts algae, food stains, sunscreen, and grime without cutting the surface. Rails, stairs, and risers get hand-detailed. Debris is flushed outward, not down through gaps.

We squeegee puddles, return furniture, and send you a photo report with before/after shots before we leave the curb.

Will my stain lift?
We’re cleaning, not stripping. Sound coatings stay. Failing ones are flagged before we start.

How soon can I use the deck again?
Usually the same day after drying. Hold rugs and heavy furniture for 24–48 hours, depending on shade.

What about mildew at the post bottoms?
We pre-treat those areas and allow extra dwell time for a better lift.

Composite deck?
Perfect. We use chemistry safe for Trex® and other composites – no “ghost streaks.”

What about slippery steps in rain?
Cleaning improves traction. Want more grip? We can recommend clear anti-slip options.
