We move and cover furniture, tape outlets, and cover flowerbeds and shrubs. Landscaping gets pre-hydrated so nothing burns or wilts.
Soft Wash + Pure Rinse
Low pressure, water-based solution matched to your material - wood or composite. It lifts algae, food stains, sunscreen, and grime without cutting the surface. Rails, stairs, and risers get hand-detailed. Debris is flushed outward, not down through gaps.
Double Check & Photo Proof
We squeegee puddles, return furniture, and send you a photo report with before/after shots before we leave the curb.

Are you going to leave dirty water on my floors or deck?
Nope. We use drop cloths inside and control rinse water outside. No puddles, no footprints, no “mystery drips” two hours later.

Can you even reach my top windows without crushing my shrubs?
Yes, we clean upper floors from the ground using carbon-fiber poles and purified water. No ladders in flowerbeds, no scuffed siding.

How long do they actually stay clean?
Usually 2–3× longer than with pressure or hose cleaning, because pure water leaves no mineral film for dust to cling to. We’ll tell you the best refresh cycle based on your area (coastal air vs. trees).

What if it rains right after?
If rain leaves visible spots within 7 days, we re-do it free.

Do I need to move my stuff or stay home?
Not unless you want to. We work exterior-only unless you request inside panes. You’ll get a text before we arrive and photo proof when we’re done.
